By placing an order on the Unauthorized.TV website, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are acting exclusively for private purposes. Your contractual partner is Infogalactic AG of Zug, Switzerland. The contract shall take effect when you click on the "Purchase" button and receive the order confirmation. Any subscription purchased will be activated immediately upon reception of your payment, for the duration described by your selected subscription plan. We reserve the right to refuse orders or cancel subscriptions generated by automated programs or third-party services.
The indicated USD price of a subscription is the amount that will be charged once immediately prior to activation of the subscription, and again each time the subscription is renewed. Unless and until the subscription is canceled or expired, we will attempt to automatically renew the subscription at the end of its activation period by charging the full price of the subscription to your registered payment method. If the automatic renewal fails or is not possible, your subscription will be allowed to expire and must be manually renewed to become active again.
We accept payment by VISA and Mastercard.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to payment; furthermore, you have the right to cancel your active subscription(s) at any time. Once a subscription is canceled, you will retain any privileges granted by the subscription until the end of the current activation period. You may freely undo your cancelation of any subscription until the end of the current activation period.
Any subscription purchase may be canceled and refunded up to 14 days after the activation of the subscription. If the subscription has been renewed multiple times, we will only refund the most recent payment. Refunds will be made to the payment method with which the subscription was purchased. By removing a payment method from your account, you give up the right to receive a refund for any purchase made with that payment method.
We do not allow adult, abusive, or illegal content on Unauthorized.TV. This prohibition extends to both creators and viewers, and such content will be removed as soon as we become aware of it. Furthermore, while creators and viewers may state and discuss political opinions, we do not endorse any political party or position and we do not allow the use of Unauthorized.TV to solicit monetary contributions to any political endeavour. We reserve the right to remove any content at our own discretion.

We, Infogalactic AG, hereby present the General Terms and Conditions for your use of our website "Unauthorized.TV". We offer you the purchase of subscriptions enabling you to view and download live and/or recorded video content from a variety of creators and partners on https://unauthorized.tv.
1.1. By placing an order, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age. You also declare that you are acting exclusively for private purposes.
1.2. We conclude contracts via https://unauthorized.tv exclusively in English. When purchasing from Unauthorized.TV, your contractual partner is Infogalactic AG, Bundesstrasse 6, 6300 Zug, Switzerland.
1.3. By clicking the "Purchase" button, you place a binding order for the item(s) in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after you have sent your order. A binding contract is concluded upon your receipt of the order confirmation.
1.4. We will activate your subscription(s) for the specified period(s) of time immediately after we have received your payment of the full purchase price. The precise time and date of the expiration of your subscription(s) will be fixed at the moment of activation.
1.5. We reserve the right to refuse an order if the order was generated by software, a machine, a crawler, a spider, or any other automated web program or scripted behaviour system or by using third party services used to place the order on your behalf. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any subscription(s) created or activated as a consequence of such an order.
2.1. All prices on Unauthorized.TV are in US dollars and all orders will be charged as US dollars. All prices indicated are full prices; the Swiss value-added tax (VAT) rate of 8.1% is already included.
2.2. The indicated price of a subscription is the price of one activation period of that subscription. The length of the activation period may vary depending on your choice of subscription plan. The length of the activation period is always indicated alongside the price and title of the subscription.
2.3. The precise time and date of the end of the activation period is calculated at the moment of activation of your subscription. This information is clearly marked on your Subscriptions page as the date on which your subscription will be renewed (or expire, if you have canceled that subscription).
2.4. If any subscription passes the end of its activation period without a completed automatic or manual renewal order, it will expire and you will lose any privileges granted by that subscription.
2.5. We will attempt to automatically renew your active subscription once in the 24 hours preceding the end of its activation period, by charging the full price of the subscription to the payment method registered on your account. If you do not have a registered payment method at this time, automatic renewal of your subscription will not be attempted. If the automatic renewal charge fails for any reason, it will not be attempted a second time.
2.6. You may cancel your subscription while it is active at any time. In this case, you will retain any privileges granted by that subscription until its current activation period expires. You may undo your cancelation of any subscription at any time prior to the end of its current activation period. We will not attempt to automatically renew any canceled subscription.
